My journey began as an intern at a property technology startup, where I taught myself the basics of design. From being a helper to leading projects, I discovered that design is more than just visuals—it’s about discovery and research. To strengthen my foundation, I immersed myself in learning research methods, which allowed me to lead the research process for our B2C product.

One of my proudest moments was building a B2B product from scratch. It started with understanding user needs, conducting research, and finally bringing the product to life through testing and iterations. This experience taught me that great design starts long before the first pixel is placed—it starts with discovery.

Working with niche products presented unique challenges, like collecting user feedback. It was difficult to improve the product without direct insights, so I built an in-app survey feature. This small but significant addition streamlined our feedback process, resulting in a 47% user participation rate with minimal effort. This reinforced my belief in creating tools that simplify problems while delivering real impact.

Now, I’m eager to channel this experience into something new—making a meaningful impact in the health industry. I believe that design has the power to transform lives, and I’m inspired to explore how my skills can contribute to improving health and well-being for others.
